**1. Vivienda Vacacional (VV) Registration:** Apply for VV license from Canarian tourism authority. Required: habitability certificate, NIE, proof of ownership. The VV number received must appear in all listings.

**2. Guest Registration (Hospedajes):** Report all guests within 24h of check-in. Use Guardia Civil online system. Required data: name, ID number, nationality, date of birth.

**3. Tax Obligations:** Report rental income via Modelo 210 (quarterly). EU citizens: 19% tax rate on net income. Deductible costs: cleaning, management, repairs, insurance.
